All orders are shipped through Canada Post.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (when applicable).
While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Canada Post, weather, customs, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your parcel appears to have been damaged in transit, retain all packaging and contact Canada Post as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for delays once a package has been accepted by Canada Post. Any claims relating to shipping delays, loss, or damage may need to be made with the carrier where applicable.
